Body Treatments
Fat freezing, EMS sculpting, radiofrequency tightening, ultrasound cavitation. Non-invasive technology, qualified operators, protocols designed in courses of treatment — not single-session miracles.
Radio-frequency body sculpting. Electromagnetic energy heats the dermis to a precise 40–45°C window — existing collagen fibres physically tighten for an immediate firmness effect, while fibroblasts are activated to synthesise new collagen and elastin over the following weeks. Includes a manual smoothing massage. Pre and post measurements every session. Often paired with fat freezing — collagen contraction on the layer above as the fat layer thins below. Best in courses of 6–10 sessions.
EMS body sculpting — electrical stimulation triggers involuntary supramaximal muscle contractions that exceed what voluntary effort can generate. Same adaptive response as hard training: fibre hypertrophy, mitochondrial density, neuromuscular activation. Non-invasive, no downtime. Typically sequenced with fat reduction so reduced volume above reveals the denser muscle built underneath. Most clients book in courses of 4–8.
Cryolipolysis. A handheld applicator draws subcutaneous tissue in with gentle suction and cools it to between -9°C and -11°C — adipocyte lipids crystallise at a higher temperature than skin, nerve, blood vessel and muscle. Cells undergo apoptosis (programmed, inflammation-free) and clear naturally over 8–12 weeks. Includes the immediate post-treatment manual massage shown in studies to improve efficacy by up to 68%. Visible result usually after one session; hydrate well before and after.
